OLAT-3682 - fix translation problem with label and flexi form -> NOTE: FormUIFactory has now for each addXXX method one without i18nLabel key, assuming that the "name" parameter has to be taken. If the i18nLabel Key should not be displayed -> use the addXXX method with the i18nLabelKey == null, this disables the i18nLabelKey during construction time. - clean up flexi form usage: Every where the same - please check you most valuable workflows to work like before :-) -> NOTE: FormBasicController now creates
